1 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional

1 oz cranberry juice

1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 splash ginger ale

lime wedge

Mix all ingredients in a highball or rocks glass. Top off with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wedge.
