- Its been forever since I took the time to write a blog post, but to throw out a really quick update, I recently switched from managing a small mom and pops hotel (as well as barbacking and serving tables on the side) to serving full time in a local Sushi Resturaunt/ Sake Bar. So far im absolutely loving it! Great customers, great co-workers, and great energy! Its nice to be reminded of how amazing it is to work somewhere that prides itself on good service.
- One of the things that i've particularly found interesting with my new job is exposure to Japanese Wines, Beers and Sakes (rice wines). To better learn our menu i've decided to dedicate several blog posts to some of the most popular Sake's we carry on our menu, and compare and contrast some of them. Look for upcoming posts on Nigori, Ginjo and Sake cocktails.
In the meantime though, its time for lunch ;D
